Comments: BEWARE! The only thing Harper is good at is making up charges and sending you a big bill in the mail later for damage you didn't cause. We should have checked reviews before renting as see they are doing this consistently to others. Also - they told us if we didn't show up on time we would forfeit our deposit and possibly not get the rental, so when we showed up on time then we were rewarded by waiting 2 hours. Upon doing check-out report, the employee wouldn't let us add damage we saw & said that was 'no big deal' and just 'normal wear & tear' that they wouldn't charge for. Turns out, we got a huge bill for a small scratch that we didn't do later on. Seems a little too much like an obvious set up. Take our advice and avoid this company at all cost & tell everyone you know! We hope we can save some others the headaches we are going through with them.
