We use HONDA 4X4 RANCHERS with automatic shift for our guests. We only do private treks with singles, couples, your family, or a small group of friends. We are here to serve you. Lanai's landscape features the most diverse trails of any Hawaiian isle. We offer a variety of beach trails, forest and ridge trails or both, depending on the trek that you choose.... and your capabilities. Your Guide will outfit you with a helmet, goggles and give you an instructional clinic on the safe operation and handling techniques of your quad in our offroad enviroment.We also have tandem quads for certain guests that would prefer to ride with a Guide. Treks include water and light snack.

Comments: Our ferry boat was cancelled due to high winds. We tried to get a jeep for the following day and there were none available. The following day, we had to leave. This company offered a vouchure good for one year. They also tried to say that we missed the ferry when in fact we did not. It had been cancelled. They would not return our $140 or our phone calls.

Comments: The ferry boat would not guarantee return service because of high winds and recommended that we do not go unless we had to on the day that our jeep was reserved. After speaking with the ferry boat captain I called Michelle at Adventure Lanai from the dock in Lahaina to tell her we might have no way back from Lanai and asked to reschedule. The only other day we could go to Lanai there were no jeeps available and they could not accommodate us. They sent me a voucher good for 1 year instead of reimbursing me. I called to try to get reimbursed and left two phone numbers but did not get a call back. Then I had my sister call since they did not call me back. We spoke with Michelle who showed no concern and said they have a no reimbursements policy and would not refund my money. We asked for a call back from the owner that Michelle referred to as "Mikey" and he never called. The voucher won't do anything for me as I will not be back within that time. If you book with these people then know that they will take your money should something cause you to miss your reservation even if it is beyond your control. VERY unhappy with this company!
